Responsibilities Explore emerging transportation technologies such as autonomy, electrification, IoT, and software-defined vehiclesWork cross-functionally with designers and engineers acrossInternational using design-thinking methodologies.Wireframe and storyboard narratives and user journeysRapidly ideate and create concepts across digital and physical mediumsBuild and craft experiences in various demonstrable levels of fidelitySupport software and hardware tech-stack definition to enable desired experienceIterate frequently and often, work well with ambiguityBe comfortable in a constructive critique-based environmentSupport user testing and data collection using pre-determined protocolsWork with team to synthesize research to translate pain points into insights, user needs, and opportunity spaces.Advocate for our users’ needs & prioritize the safety and well-being of our customersPresent and demonstrate to executives and larger groups Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree

OR

At least 2 years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
