Our Design Experience Lab is crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital and physical environments to deliver valuable solutions. Responsibilities + Explore emerging transportation technologies such as autonomy, electrification, IoT, and software-defined vehicles + Work cross-functionally with designers and engineers across + International using design-thinking methodologies. + Wireframe and storyboard narratives and user journeys + Rapidly ideate and create concepts across digital and physical mediums + Build and craft experiences in various demonstrable levels of fidelity + Support software and hardware tech-stack definition to enable desired experience + Iterate frequently and often, work well with ambiguity + Be comfortable in a constructive critique-based environment + Support user testing and data collection using pre-determined protocols + Work with team to synthesize research to translate pain points into insights, user needs, and opportunity spaces. + Advocate for our users’ needs & prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers + Present and demonstrate to executives and larger groups Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's degree OR + At least 2 years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
