Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist in Oakdale, Minnesota. As part of our team, your primary function will be managing various aspects of our supply chain, with a focus on customer service, inventory management, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Process and initiate sales orders along with replacement orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain and manage an accurate inventory control system through regular updates and postings
• Assist in validating pricing on sales invoices as required
• Provide periodic updates on order status and tracking information to relevant stakeholders
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with necessary data and logistics support
• Attend training sessions as required to stay updated with the latest industry practices
• Ensure effective follow-up communication with sales reps, distributors, and other team members
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to invoices and billing
• Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain operations.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
• Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service skills are necessary for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience with invoice processing is essential for managing financial transactions.
• Knowledge of logistics operations is crucial for overseeing supply chain processes.
• Billing and collection experience is needed for handling payments and managing accounts.
• Proficiency in performing billing functions is essential for managing financial operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required for data management and analysis.
