Our Warren, NJ office is looking for an Technical Assistant (Print Room) who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities Utilize KIP Print program for print requestsSign and seal all prints and turn over to Administrative Assistants for Fed-ExChange paper rolls, ink, and toner for all plotters, as neededDeliver copy paper to all printers throughout officeScan prints as neededCopy and laminate prints and log to billMaintain all plotters (jams, errors, etc.)Ensure all staff logs print appropriatelyRetrieve and return files from Dead Storage, when requestedOrganize files in numerical order and put into cabinetsEnter job numbers in PMDAssist with general office set up (desks, boards, cabinets, etc.), as neededAssemble and dissemble conference room chairsMaintain generator logOrder and pick up supplies, food orders, etc., as neededUpdate the QC Tracker dailyVerify QC submissions are completeReview checklist and transmittals for special instructions. Send out emails to senders if items missingProvide weekly email blasts with projects QC submittals for the week and a summary of what was sentCreate PowerPoints for in-house training sessions (BBLs)Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or GED required1+ years of experience supporting teamProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional mannerSelf-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWhy Bohler
