Under direct supervision, evaluates quality inspection and testing equipment documentation, inspects products, measures process performance, records data, and prepares formal records. Verifies workmanship requirements, material used requirements, compliance with contract plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations. Documents conformance, deficiencies and deviations from plans and procedures. Documents daily logs, re-work lists, testing logs and reports, inspection reports, and other required project documentation. Conducts daily communications with project field personnel to confirm that work responsibilities performed each day are compliant with inspection and testing plans defined in the project contract terms specifications. Coordinates quality inspection and testing plans with third party inspectors and all project sub-contractors, field trade staff, and vendors. Performs other duties as required.
