Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Environment Management Lead for a large health insurance client of ours. As part of the Environment Management Team, youll be a key contributor in our NextGen Program. We are seeking a proven technologist and leader to join a high priority program that is focused on transforming Medicare applications to the highest of quality. We are on a journey to turn technology transformation strategy into action in the form of solutions, integrations, elimination of tech debt, while supporting the day-to-day environment needs of the Program. Responsibilities:  Act as deployment manager and ensure close partnership with internal and vendor partners to schedule, communicate, and execute environment updates (code, scripts, fast fixes, etc.) for non-production and production environments.  Work closely with DBAs, Infrastructure, and other highly technical resources to plan and execute environment enhancements (new, maintenance, upgrades, changes).  Renewing software certifications as scheduled (automated and manual) and ensuring certifications have been renewed correctly and on time.  Performing configuration changes to one or more environments.  Partner with internal and vendor resources, along with the oversight of, the client certification process for new code prior to installation.  Work closely with others to ensure the successful rotation of development and QA environments according to published schedules.  Submitting Salesforce tickets to plan/schedule environment activities, and well as to document/communicate environment-related issues.  Responsible for centralized communication of environment-related activities, including downtime, issues, and resolutions.  Maintaining environment backfilling of code and configurations.  Partner with DBAs on Linux and Oracle patching activities.  Special projects as needed: for example: RHEL8 upgrades, Disaster Recovery, Database Rehosting, Vulnerabilities.
