Responsibilities of this role This role will provide the candidate an opportunity to work as part of a global Solutions Architecture group spanning multiple Agile Product Delivery teams. Specifically, overseeing the IT infrastructure and systems related to environmental monitoring, data collection and compliance reporting, within the international programme, The role will also be responsible for defining the appropriate architecture for data interfaces within and beyond Aon including real-time and batch feeds. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Determine environment requirements and costs to support development, testing, staging, production. (SDLC). Manage dependencies, technical debt, and ensuring efficient use of environments. Create the production deployment plan and coordinate deployment activities. Support test cycles through coordinating updates to test environments, including seeding test data, masking of data, builds and code deployments. Help to coordinate trouble shooting of environment specific issues / defects raised during testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, environmental compliance) to integrate environmental data into business processes. Communicate environmental performance metrics and compliance status to relevant stakeholders Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, local standards) across IT systems and operations. Track Policy Exceptions, OEM Support, and compliance audits. Skills and experience that will lead to success 10+ years demonstrated IT experience at least 3+ Years in building / Configuring / Deploying / Troubleshooting Application Development Environment along with Pre & Postproduction testing. .Net development & Azure cloud migration experience. Must have experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) tools Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools Proficiency in database management and system integration IT infrastructure knowledge (network administration, server management) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams Ability to prioritize work with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
