We provide competitive benefits and a culture that values long tenure and career development!_** **Pay:** 110K-120K **Schedule:** M-F 8am-5pm **Benefits Overview** COMPANY PAID Medical insurance Company Paid Bonuses HSA contributions from the company 401(k) - company match up to 5% **Key Responsibilities** + Works closely with VP, creating, implementing, and sustaining Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures. + Formulates corrective action plans within Environmental Health and Safety. + Ensure that EHS procedures are properly documented and communicated across the organization, and that the company remains fully compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and local EHS regulation. + Perform and oversee MESH assessments, PSM/RMP audits, PHA revalidation audits, and other EHS-related audits. + Lead and carry out incident investigations + Spearhead waste reduction and emissions minimization initiatives. + Manage Air Permits, NDPES Permits, DOT related Permits + Keeps detailed records of hazards, follow-up actions, and inspection data. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum of 5 years’ relevant environmental health and safety experience. + OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk management plans. + Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulatory standards. + Minimal Travel Required **_***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
