**Environmental, Health, Safety and Regulatory Manager** Regulatory Affairs Channahon, IL, US Pay Rate Low: 110000 | Pay Rate High: 120000 + Added - 05/02/2025 Apply for Job **Environmental Health Safety and Regulatory Manager** Our client, a leader in the production of aerosol products, is looking for an Environmental Health Safety and Regulatory Manager to join their growing team! **Pay:** 110-120K **Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8am-5pm **Job Type:** Direct Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures across all company sites. + Promote and support a zero-injury/zero-incident safety culture, including employee training and risk assessments. + Conduct and lead EHS audits, accident investigations, and implement corrective actions. + Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements through timely reporting and permit management. + Guide management and supervisory personnel in EHS matters and promote continuous improvement. + Oversee the company’s Safety Committees and ensure effective communication of safety policies. + Manage waste minimization, emissions reduction, and sustainability initiatives. + Supervise departmental staff, contribute to budget planning, and report on EHS performance to senior leadership. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in EHS and regulatory management. + Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and safety management systems. + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to create training programs and interpret regulations. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
