This is your role. What part will you play?The internship in EHS Management department will introduce the Siemens Processes, instructions. The main aim will be to support the Head of EHS to prepare materials related to Newcomer Training, Key Performance Indicator collection, carry out inspection, collect EHS data and provide support related EHS activities.Support the department EHS officer and EHS manager in EHS process updates and compliance.Support in Monthly Key Performance Indicators collectionWork with the team in Integrated Management System to roll out training material preparation and compiling permit to work.Carry out Inspection, monitor the inspection reply, review hazards and risk for new activities/ accident-related activitiesMonitor EHS related KPIs or key figures related to projects assigned.Defined target values or characteristics as per project target agreement (PM agreement) to be achieved.Identify qualification requirements and initiate training for project employees with regards to knowledge of EHS methods to be applied, process awareness and expert knowledge.Plan and support project audits, assessments, reviews and participate in status meetings.
What you need to make real what matters.Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in safety and health coursesWillingness to learn Siemens culture and develop/ create training tracker and on-line permit to work to increase efficiency of the department.Work independently and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.Good knowledge in MS Office applications.Own transportationGood command of English (spoken & written)Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
