As Environmental, health & safety (EHS) expertise manager, you join ASML's organization that is responsible for planning and delivery in a team that is specifically tasked to prepare and deliver Service Parts and the kits for Field Upgrades, Installs and Relocations.
Role and responsibilitiesYou report to the Planning and Delivery EHS Manager and interact with managers / directors and VPs of the Planning & Delivery department. You are responsible for managing multiple EHS topics by creating processes, standards and reporting mechanisms within the Planning & Delivery sector:
Incident & Compliancy Management
EHS Management System, Reporting & Training
EHS improvement roadmap
Safety risk management
Safety Culture program
Education and experienceRequires professional/conceptual knowledge (relevant Master's degree) with deep and extensive working experience in EHS in technical industry, consultancy or national government
5 to 10 years in EHS work areas
Proven track record on managing EHS expertise in a dynamic business environment on strategic level
