What You’ll Do 

The Environmental Data Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be to work with internal and external teams to gather and deliver data necessary for various Environmental Accounting and Sustainability measuring and reporting requirements.  Support the annual corporate environmental metrics data inventory, including water, energy, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissionsGather, collect, and deliver the accurate value chain emissions data to our 3rd partyEvaluate and ensure that there is data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and traceabilitySupport the improvement of environmental metric data collection processes, procedures, and controlsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted data analytics to inform data-driven decision-makingManage other compliance programs as necessary

What You’ll Bring 

Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervisionIntermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProven ability to collect, analyze and compile data and provide results to review for future actionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under tight deadlinesA team player with strong project management and multitasking experience is essentialOpen mind and eager willingness to learn/train on Environmental Accounting

CA Pay Range $22-$28 per hour

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.

Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
