Summary: Seeking experienced Environmental Engineers to support our environmental site investigation, remediation, and compliance practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related Environmental Science or Engineering discipline (Advanced Degree Preferred)
10 -15 years' experience at consulting engineering firms
Knowledge of state administrative code and federal regulations in Pennsylvania (New Jersey and Delaware experience a plus)
Experience with the development, design, preparation, and management of environmental investigation, compliance, and remediation projects
Possess or have completed 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
Preferred Skills:
Chlorinated hydrocarbon and emerging contaminant investigation / remediation and litigation support experience a plus
Construction bid specification experience a plus
Experience working on industrial compliance and permitting projects
PG, PE or LSRP license strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Managing project teams, delegating to office and field staff, executing day to day investigation, remediation, and compliance activities
Monitoring team performance for compliance with contractual agreements and budgets
Preparing proposals; reviewing/writing environmental reports with Principal guidance review
-Conducting/reviewing technical analyses/calculations; participating in meetings agency consultation; conducting site compliance inspections
Developing construction plans; preparing construction cost/quantity estimates.
