We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **EHS Engineer** **Responsibilities:** + Monitor environmental performance to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. + Develop and enforce environmental policies and programs to minimize the company’s environmental impact (e.g., reducing waste, water usage, energy consumption, and emissions). + Conduct environmental audits and inspections to ensure adherence to environmental standards. + Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards in the workplace. + Investigate workplace accidents and near misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. + Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures. + Promote a culture of safety within the organization through education and awareness campaigns. + Perform risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards and assess their impact on employee health and safety + Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety, and chemical spill response + Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure employees are prepared for emergencies. + Maintain records of safety inspections, audits, training sessions, accident investigations, and corrective actions taken. + Collaborate with departments such as operations, HR, and facilities to integrate safety and environmental practices into everyday operations.
