Summary You will serve as the Environmental Liabilities (EL) Program Manager for the Environmental Restoration Navy (ERN) Program in the Environmental Division, Environmental Resource and Assessment Branch (EV4) of NAVFAC Headquarters. Responsibilities You will serve as the Navy Environmental Liability Manager with responsibility for providing technical and management support in Environmental Liabilities (EL) for the Environmental Restoration, Navy (ER,N) program. You will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Navy’s ER,N EL reporting and audit readiness program. You will serve as an expert source of technical expertise to Audit Managers and staff, bridging the technical knowledge gaps between Auditors and Remedial Project Managers (RPMs) across the Environmental Business line. You will provide high quality, timely, cost effective and efficient environmental program management support to preserve and enhance military readiness. You will develop instructions, guidelines and procedures for environmental restoration programs to adhere to environmental reporting requirements.
