REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred. Will also considered allied professional (Environmental Science, Biology, Geomorphology, Hydrology, Landscape Architecture, Ecology, equivalent work experience, etc.)Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:0 to 3 years of experienceExperience in (or willing to learn) field reconnaissance, survey equipment operation, drone operation, data collection, and data analysisCourse work or willingness to learn stream restoration, AutoCAD, H&H modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY-8, SWMM, etc.), floodplain studies, dam design, stormwater management design, and the permitting and approval process.Willing to learn or experience in construction observation and oversight.Willing to learn or experience in use of software for hydrology, hydraulics, drafting, presentation, and routine office administrative tasksWriting and verbal communication skillsWillingness and ability to occasionally travel and work overtimeYOUR CAREER GROWTH:Personalized career path planning.Paid internal and external education and training.Career advancement opportunities locally and nationally
