Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Environmental Field Technician in Miami. The Environmental Field Technician will work with scientists and engineers on various land redevelopment, electric utility, remediation, chemical/petroleum spill, and municipal solid waste landfill projects. The technician must follow regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and company protocols, exercise independent judgment, and complete tasks and projects with minimal direction from management.

You will work in outdoor conditions. You will receive work assignments from Project Managers and administratively report to an assigned supervisor. Tasks may be performed independently or in conjunction with other staff. You will pick up equipment from the office, drive to assigned sites, and work independently. You will need to carry equipment (25lb cooler and samples, shovel, hand auger, etc.) across large sites that require a lot of walking. A company or rental vehicle will be provided.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
