**Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator (Ontario, CA)**
Implement and continuously improve Health & Safety (H&S) management systems. Comply with all regulatory H&S requirements. Assess, prioritize and reduce H&S risks to the lowest level practicable. Embed effective H&S operational controls at every level in the organization. Set objectives and monitor H&S performance. Implement corrective actions where safety issues are identified.
**Your role:**
+ Work on Health & Safety problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
+ Support EHS leader in Developing, implement, and manage safety / environmental programs, policies and procedures for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
+ The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of Health & Safety principles, -theories and -concepts.
+ Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired Health & Safety knowledge and regulatory requirements per CAL-OSHA law
**You're the right fit if:**
+ 3+ years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety in an industrial setting.
+ You have a vocational education and specialized training in environmental health & safety or a related field.
+ Knowledge of _OSHA, EPA, ISO,_ and other government regulations.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ Excellent Microsoft Office applications skills.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $28 to $35.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
