Job Description
Lead and manage EHS programs by driving their development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Ensure these programs align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on EHS compliance for all production and facility operations, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and other relevant standards. Lead emergency response efforts, manage hazard identification and risk assessment processes, support thorough incident investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Develop and support the delivery of effective EHS training programs and certifications, empowering employees to prioritize safety in all aspects of their work. Collaborate closely with EHS specialists and cross-functional teams to standardize safety programs and practices across all locations. Oversee health programs, including Joint Health and Safety Committee activities, occupational exposure monitoring, and health assessments to maintain a healthy workforce. Support waste management systems and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, contributing to the company’s sustainability goals. Maintain accurate EHS data and reporting to support performance goals and drive informed decision-making for continuous improvement. Support the development and enhancement of ISO management systems, ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to international standards.

This position is onsite at Crookston and involves working with teams at other locations. The manager's base location is in Winnipeg, Canada. The role offers a flexible work schedule and is a salaried position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00
