A leading AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years of experience in Environmental & Land Use. The role focuses on environmental regulatory defense and involves significant legal writing, including drafting briefs and motions.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. 2-5 years of relevant legal experience in environmental law, with a specific focus on regulatory defense. Experience with drafting legal documents such as briefs and motions. Judicial clerkship experience is considered a strong asset. Exceptional writing skills and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support in environmental and land use cases. Engage in the drafting and review of legal documents and support litigation efforts. Collaborate with a team of attorneys in high-stakes environmental cases.
