This position is onsite in Baltimore, MD 7+ years of experience is required US citizenship or a Green Card is required Environmental Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of and/or reviewing any NEPA decision documents and reevaluations. This will include the associated environmental analyses such as community effects, cultural resources, natural resources, air, etc., coordination with other key staff on the preparation of all preliminary design to support the NEPA process and providing oversight to ensure all NEPA commitments are included, and all environmental requirements are adhered to in the development and delivery of the contract documents. Demonstrate successful past performance in leading the preparation of and/or reviewing NEPA decision documents and reevaluations and in ensuring commitments are being met in the final design and construction on relevant major highway projects or programs.
