Job Title: HYBRID Environmental Project Manager Job Description We are looking for an Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in geology, hydrogeology, or environmental science with project management experience. You will be responsible for managing environmental investigation and remediation projects, delivering technically excellent services, preparing technical proposals and reports, conducting environmental research and analyses, supervising field investigations, and managing staff. This role offers the opportunity to further develop project management and staff management skills, interact with clients, and work on exciting small and large-scale projects. Responsibilities + Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects + Deliver technically excellent services + Prepare technical proposals and reports + Conduct environmental research and analyses + Supervise field investigations + Manage staff + Ensure compliance with NJ and PA regulatory requirements + Interact with clients and stakeholders Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering + 7-10 years of related work experience + Proficient in environmental due diligence + Experience managing remediation projects from start to finish + Hazwoper training + Understanding of NJ and PA regulatory requirements + Experience in site recovery, hazardous waste investigation, soil and groundwater investigations, remediation, industrial/brownfield site redevelopment Additional Skills & Qualifications + Master's Degree + PG, PE, LSRP, or LEED AP certification Work Environment This role involves 30% field work (in PA and NJ) and 70% office work including project management and proposal writing. Initially, the position will require three days a week in office/field for onboarding purposes, eventually transitioning to two days in office. Field project days are considered in-office days, allowing work-from-home flexibility for the additional three days. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $102000.00 - $113500.00/yr.
