Grow as you learn: Internal promotions to leads, supervisors, etc. + After 6 months of service as an EVS Tech I, candidates are qualified for an EVS Tech II opening. This also comes with a 6% pay increase + After a year of employment, a candidate can then become qualified for an EVS Tech III. This promotion comes with a 8% pay increase.
