Sodexo is hiring our Environmental Services - Custodial Manager  *Night Shifts*  at the University of Denver - Competitive salary PLUS Relocation.  **This position will lead a team of 25, Shifts are 6:00pm-2:30am and 10:00pm to 6:30am ** Spanish Speaking preferred. The successful leader will navigate a large, complex property with a valid drivers license.  Our clients depend on your expertise to help them to optimize their business. The successful candidate will:  

Lead a team of 25, Shifts are 6:00pm-2:30am and 10:00pm to 6:30am ** Spanish Speaking preferred, our successful leader will navigate a large, complex property-with a valid drivers license Be a safety championTrain employees and provide inspections with reporting on team success and challengesProvide a clean and safe environment for clients customers, visitors, and staffUnderstand proper use of all tools including, chemicals, floor care equipmentDevelop improvement plans for noted deficienciesProvide immediate response to client concernsBe a Hands-On leader, manage by exampleProvide leadership and support for all shiftsBe a critical thinker, adapt to a changing environmentOrder and maintain proper levels of supply and equipment. Departmental Fiscal ResponsibilityEffectively manage Sodexo’s SMS system and other Operating Systems, Building supply and inventory system and track consumables of custodial suppliesHave ability to work independently to drive program compliance for custodial department and motivate a diverse staff and by managing through shift supervisors 

The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrate Innovation, naturally Solution OrientedDemonstrate Team Building, Employee EngagementStrong Quality Assurance Skills and attention to detailExperience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelinessSolid leadership skills to develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers and the technical execution of a housekeeping system2 years previous custodial or housekeeping supervisory and management experience preferredAbility to analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organizationStrong Computer Savvy and experience with web-based tools, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PP, Outlook and other technology
