Sodexo is looking for an Environmental Services - Custodial Manager 2 for Wayne County Nursing Home located Lyons, New York. This position will report to the General Manager with the ability to work the following schedule preferred: Sunday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm. What You'll Do oversee the cleanliness of the facility and support laundry, as well as other operational activities; develop and motivate a team of 20+ hourly employees (floor techs and cleaners) to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties; and/orhas experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.
