Job Summary:
Assists the Director of Environmental Services in providing quality environmental services in an efficient, cost-effective manner in accordance with regulations and standards. Provides training, supervision, and motivation to environmental services personnel to ensure all tasks are completed and schedules are met. Adheres to all state and federal regulations regarding Environmental Services, Daily operations of Environmental Services department, staffing allocation, training, scheduling, Adheres to patient safety protocols. Ensures that quality standards, schedule completion, and team performances are met on a daily basis.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of one year of supervsiory experience in a support service related field with focus on high customer service required.
A minimum of two years job related expereince in environmental services required.
