THE JOB:  

As an Environmental Services Shift Supervisor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to provide top-notch experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service

Provide direction and support to staff to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by conducting consistent inspections of all public areas, offices, back-of-the-house, and Casino

Conduct briefings, uphold policies and procedures, and ensure compliance

Assist with various leadership functions to include scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, and inventory

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

Has prior experience in an EVS leadership role overseeing general cleanliness

Strong familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and their application in the workplace

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, and HotSOS
