Job Title: Environmental Services Team Lead  Company: IU Health   Department: Environmental Services  Location: Riley Children’s Hospital  Schedule: Full Time, Days (7:00am - 3:30pm), every other weekend

What You Will Do:  

Provide direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions.   Coordinate scheduling, training, and inventory duties.   Develop and maintain the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources.   Train staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness. 

Having bilingual skills is a plus! 

What You Will Need:  
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Requires knowledge of cleaning emergency spills (hazardous chemicals; infectious waste; or cytotoxic drugs).
• Requires working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques and equipment.
•Requires 1-3 years of experience.
