Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Specialist with a strong interest in working in the field with hazardous waste. The ideal candidate will work in teams to perform lab pack services, including chemical segregation, packing, and disposal, as well as conducting chemical inventories. You will also perform audits and inspections of facilities and laboratories, assist management in developing top accounts, and devise standard operating procedures. This role requires supervisory leadership skills and interaction with team members.

Responsibilities:Work in teams to perform lab pack services, including chemical segregation, packing, and disposal.Conduct chemical inventories.Perform audits and inspections of facilities and laboratories.Assist management in developing top accounts and standard operating procedures.Demonstrate supervisory leadership skills through interactions with team members.Will be serving different clients and completing different tasks each day.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must have a Bachelors in Environmental Science or related field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)Prior work experience, ideally hands-on or in customer service (not research)Must have strong customer service skillsMust have a strong interest in working with hazardous wasteMust be comfortable with the physical aspects of the position in packing and disposing of chemicalsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
