**Job Title: Environmental Technician 1** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately for an environmental technician in Cambridge, MA! As an Environmental Technician 1, you will be responsible for transporting drums of waste and disposing of them in a hopper. You will need to identify the substances in labeled drums and conduct rounds around the facility to detect and transport chemicals. You will also be responsible for loading and offloading drums onto trucks, separating hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and placing them in the correct areas of the pharmaceutical building. You will receive certification for the 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification. The shift is Monday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
