Envista Senior Manager Sales Operations - DSO (Hybrid-Brea, CA)
**Job Description:** **JOB SUMMARY** : The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations-DSO plays a critical role in driving sales success within the elite DSO customer segment. As a senior leadership position, the Director is responsible for developing strategic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing technology and systems, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance. **PRIMARY DUTIES &** **RESPONSIBILITES** **:** + Develop and implement effective processes in alignment with sales strategies. + Track and analyze KPIs, taking the lead to apply problem solving when off track. + Forecast sales revenue and budgets to ensure alignment with company goals. + Get accurate, real-time visibility of team performance. + Lead the DSO strategic operations team: marketing, sales support, and mapping / roster management specialists. + Recruit, lead, and manage the strategic operations team- including development plans, on-going feedback of performance, coaching and mentoring on special projects, and performance management + Partner with marketing, finance, and legal to optimize sales processes and ensure seamless execution. + Plan and execute internal DSO team meetings to align internal stakeholders to key objectives + Actively monitoringand analyzemarket and customer trendstoidentify new opportunities to exceed targets + Provide regular communication -performance updatesto cross-matrix team members + Facilitating a culture of teamwork, inclusiveness and excellence among the Central and Circle DSO teams + Provide support and coaching to his/her team to facilitate a productive, engaged, successful team + Understands, supports and enforces corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations. **Job Requirements:** + ​​Bachelor’s degree required. + 3+ years of DSO experience. + 5+ years of ental industry or related experience, which includes a successful track record in sales, marketing, customer retention, and commercial / marketing operations. + Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills. **SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS** : + **Coaching, mentoring and developing** sales or marketing teams with previous experience leading a team. + **Strong analytical** and reasoning skills and ability to leverage data to take corrective action. + **Strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities** : The ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives. + **Executive-level communication and presentation skills** : The capacity to effectively communicate sales operations plans and results to executives and other stakeholders. + **Advanced financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting** : The ability to manage and forecast sales budgets, including ROI analysis and financial modeling. + **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** : The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. + **Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools** : Experience with CRM systems, and sales analytics tools, like Tableau. + **Excellent project management and organizational abilities** : The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. + **Team leadership and coaching experience** : The ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales operations professionals. + **Drive process improvements** : identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. + **Overnight Travel:** Up to 15%. ​ **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Strong emotional intelligence. + Self-starter, self-motivator. \#LI-SC1 IND123 **Target Market Salary Range:** Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
