EOI: Assistant Project Manager Job ID 208883 Posted 28-Feb-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Project Management Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **About the Role:** As CBRE Assistant Project Manager, you will lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. **What you’ll do:** **Project Governance:** · Collaborate closely with the Project Director and PMO Lead to ensure the seamless daily operations of the program. · Efficiently manage resources to ensure the program remains within budget and on time. · Ensure that projects achieve approval at the stage gateways and that any escalations are dealt with effectively. · Co-ordinate the local delivery and central client teams to ensure that the right stakeholders are involved when they need to. · Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring streamlined processes and quick access to essential information. · Attendance on Project Calls, being a key point of escalations for the APAC region and potentially some sites in Europe. · Drive improvement by making suggestions to increase meeting and process efficiency. · Identify tools and process improvements that can help improve accuracy, particularly in relation to cost management and capital planning. **Reporting:** · Assist in the develop high-level financial reports and cash forecasts, delivering them at the executive level for presentations. · Monitor financial reports against the scope of works for each individual project, ensuring alignment and accuracy. · Ensure that risks and issues are escalated from project level to programme and portfolio level so that mitigating actions can be taken. · Drive improvements to the dashboard reporting over time to help the client ensure their Real Estate programme is fully aligned with their corporate strategy. **Digital Reporting:** · Responsible for smartsheet data entry and Power BI dashboard functionality · Over time, will need to improve and refine reporting requirements from the client as part of the PMO and work with tech team to drive improvements to dashboards for the Real Estate Programme. · Review financial, scheduling and risk data to ensure the accuracy and quality of the reporting. **Stakeholder Management:** · Will be dealing directly with local project teams, particularly in the APAC region. · Once settled, will also be client-facing, helping to drive process improvements, particularly related to what data we gather and how we present that on dashboards. **What you’ll need:** **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior Project Management experience in Real Estate and/or Construction industry is preferred. **COMMUNICATION SKILLS** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. **FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE** Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. **REASONING ABILITY** Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. **OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES** Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred. **SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY** Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
