**Job Summary**
Technical Analyst will be responsible for analysing and evaluating technical data such as asset data provided to CBRE during the RFP process. This role requires a strong technical background, problem solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. This role would suit someone with operational or CMMS experience who has an understand of different asset types and maintenance requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and analysis of client asset data, understand structure and organisation of the asset list including the client asset categories and map from client list to CBRE format and asset classifications.
+ Building of technical solution through labour loading of asset data and determining the correct PPM hours through application of maintenance standards (SFG20, CBRE Global Optimised Job Plans, Statutory Compliance etc.)
+ Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in facilities management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
+ Where required attend meetings with internal stakeholders to outline proposed technical services solution including labour load results and technical organisation.
+ Develop strong working relationship with SME’s, Solutions Architects and Global Technical Excellence Group.
+ Driving business process improvements regarding technical solutioning.
+ Professional in communication with all employees and ensure confidentiality of information is maintained.

+ Work across all CBRE Enterprise Accounts Solutions teams.
+ Ability to work effectively across boundaries and cultures.
+ Ability to work within a matrix organisation and achieve collaboration.
+ Ability to listen and think strategically, manage risk and be innovative in problem solving.
+ Flexible approach to the working week to accommodate the peaks and troughs of the bid lifecycle.
+ Strong time management / prioritization skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Experience in technical solutions, operations, and standards.
+ Strategic thinker in technical and maintenance services.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FM industry.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel Capabilities.
