Including complaint handling, feedback management, standards & client service delivery. + Rotate across locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions + Co-ordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by the client. + Manage MRBS – this includes assisting with booking same day reservations, cancellations and/or amendments to bookings as per the client’s requests + Support the Guest Relations Executive with providing feedback for Senior Associate and Associate performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are being met by the team + Management of workspace, ensure operational standards are maintained & improved. + Assist the Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties or project work as required and recruitment if necessary. + Provide the necessary leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Executive/Manager for Reports/BCP Auditing etc. + Provide all client feedback to the Guest Relations Executive in a timely manner.
