**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Analyst, you will assist in the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs relative to a small to medium-sized market area. This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
**What You’ll Do:**
• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and needs of client accounts.
• Gather data to support on performance, compliance, concerns, and improvement to account management and market area.
• Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance within the assigned account and market area.
• Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information. Asks questions and check for understanding
**What You’ll Need:**
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Has experience in tracking and analysis of training data.
• Has experience in using e-learning platforms.
• Ability to update and maintain HSE documents for ISO certification.
• Able to effectively communicate with country HSE POCs to track and manage deliverables.
• Able to create reports and present to country managers.
• Certification in one of the following is preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Operational Knowledge of PowerBI
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
