**Job Summary**
The Quality & Compliance Manager is a champion for operational excellence. You will closely monitor program metrics, provide insights and analysis, offer recommendations, and help manage the implementation of service and process improvement programs and efforts. Your contribution will help ensure program metrics and service level requirements for quality are met consistently. You will also take the lead in conducting quality, maturity model, ISO audits report on findings, and propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement. **Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:**
+ Implement clear overall quality, risk, compliance strategy with scalable process / tools/ systems that allow resource efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and align to account/stakeholder contract agreement.
+ Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performance.
+ Owns and holds accountable on ensuring knowledge base is up to date and business units are aware on changes through knowledge alignment, touch points, and process knowledge tests.
+ Conducts audit based on maturity model, ISO and other compliance audits. Will work with the business units to ensure movement of the maturity model and findings.
+ Project manage improvement capabilities, change implementation, measures timeliness of implementation and ensures employee knowledge application on their day to day activities.
+ Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects.
+ Serves as point of contact that support analysis on business performance to drive operational change around core operations, strategic initiatives, change management and adoption of new processes.
+ Proactively drives operational excellence through identifying opportunities, recommend improvements, and implement training changes.
+ Works with the business units on continuous improvement projects from documentation until closure & will be accountable on productivity savings/revenue targets.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
+ At least 7+ years on quality, compliance and risk management
+ Must have at least 3 years of experience in Management role
+ Understanding of ISO:9001 Certification and other ISO concepts
+ Compliance and Risk Management Background
+ Understanding of Quality Management Framework/System
+ Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Productivity Savings & Revenue • Lean Six Sigma
+ Willing to work on any shift depending on business needs
+ Willing to be assigned in Makati
**Qualifications and Education**
Bachelor degree or higher from a four-year college or university preferred
