We are seeking a Mars associate to join the EOS program and build our next generation Quality & Traceability processes and digital capabilities, working on our global business transformation that contributes to Royal Canin's Purpose: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS. Working on the transformation will allow you to drive strategic initiatives that will revolutionize the way we do business.

What are we looking for?

Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years in R&D/Q&FS roles, with solid expertise in quality and innovation processes, ideally within Royal Canin or Mars divisions.

Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years working with SAP (QM module), strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills, and good computer literacy.

Process and Teamwork: Knowledge of process design and improvement, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Communication and Detail Orientation: Proficient in English (written and verbal), ability to present complex information clearly, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Integration and Process Design: Supports integration of global Quality processes with other functional areas, designs efficient quality operations, and supports regional EOS deployments.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Works with Global Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, and Royal Canin stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to quality and food safety data integration.

Project Participation and Knowledge Transfer: Actively participates in project planning and execution, ensures knowledge transfer to trainers, and supports change management activities to drive adoption of new system capabilities.

Documentation and Testing: Maintains clear documentation of processes and data management practices, supports testing of new solutions, and follows up on capability developments with the solution provider.
