Promote a safety-first culture and ensure safety protocols are adhered to on all projects.Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including objectives, budgets, and schedules.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks early and create effective mitigation strategies.Budget Oversight:
Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budget, while seeking cost-saving opportunities.Contract and Bid Management:
Prepare general construction contracts, analyze bids, and recommend contractor awards.Construction Coordination:
Manage contractors on-site to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Change Management:
Manage scope changes and validate contractor proposals for approval.Project Commissioning:
Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations with minimal disruptions.Process Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline project delivery and operations.Compliance Assurance:
Ensure all projects meet company standards and regulatory requirements. What You Bring to the Table:Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5-7 years of project experience, preferably in construction.Skills & Expertise:
Strong project planning, execution, and change management skills. Familiar with regulatory compliance, contracting, and quality control. Experience with brownfield projects and integrating with operational teams. Proficiency in SAP (preferred), AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
