Operations Analyst II -- Enterprise Payment Investigations
The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support and guidance for production tasks. This position will analyze research and resolve processing issues, recommend process improvements, and will assist in production as necessary in order to meet processing deadlines.
Position Responsibilities: Support and adjust customer accounts associated to processing within error resolution guidelines. Assists in resolving production related issues within the business unit with the ability to escalate significant production issues to the appropriate leader in a timely manner. Ability to identify and recommend changes to operational procedures for efficiencies within the department and other related business units. Works independently with limited supervision proactively resolving customer or client issues. May be required to participate in projects impacting business unit with ability to document procedural changes to department functions. Requires independent decision-making skills, the ability to write procedures, and recommend process improvements.
