**Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst - Epic HB/HIM** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking applicants to join our pool of available professionals with experience as Revenue Cycle Systems Analysts. **Location:** New York, NY **Role Overview** As a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst, you play a crucial role in optimizing the Epic Health Information Management (HIM) and Hospital Billing (HB) modules. Your expertise will drive improvements in revenue cycle processes, enhance system functionality, and support the organization's financial goals. **Key Responsibilities** Epic System Management + Configure and maintain Epic HB and HIM modules + Develop and implement system enhancements to improve workflow efficiency + Collaborate with IT and revenue cycle teams to resolve complex issues Process Improvement + Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization + Design and implement solutions to streamline revenue cycle operations + Monitor key performance indicators and recommend data-driven improvements Training and Support + Provide technical support and guidance to end-users + Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on Epic functionalities + Act as a liaison between IT, revenue cycle departments, and Epic support Project Management + Participate in system upgrade projects and new feature implementations + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery + Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively **Qualifications** Required + Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field + Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic HB and HIM modules + Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred + Epic certification in HB or HIM + Experience with other Epic modules (e.g., Resolute, Cadence) + Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) + Project management experience **Pay Details:** $68,000.00 to $71,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
