CentraCare is looking for a Epic and Clinical Systems service desk associate. The person in this position is responsible for investigating and resolving moderate to complex software and workflow issues/requests centered on the Epic electronic health record system and other clinical systems. This person maintains proper documentation in software systems, ensuring that all information pertaining to an incident or service request is documented with full and complete information. This person is team oriented with collaboration being a key component in overall success. This person assists specialists and peers alike to find issue resolution and process workflow. This person is expected to exemplify excellent customer relationships skills while driving superior customer satisfaction. A qualified candidate will be a self-starter with IT experience that works to resolve submitted tickets as a tier 1 service desk associate.
This role is focused on Epic and other clinical support systems. Having experience in these systems is preferred.
Schedule:
Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | Remote after training Day shift | 8-hour | 8am-4:30pmPay and Benefits:
