We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Epic Analyst III to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart, with a strong background in delivering high-impact projects that drive clinical and operational excellence. This role will focus on project-based work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in mentorship, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration. Experience with Dorothy, Kaleidoscope, ECLink, and Bones modules is a significant advantage. DFW residents preferred. Open to other Texas residents if willing to travel to Dallas monthly. \n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE \n \nLead the design, build, and implementation of EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart projects, focusing on workflow optimization and process improvement. \n \nAct as a trusted advisor and mentor to junior analysts, guiding their professional growth and technical development. \n \nCollaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and drive project success. \n \nDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables. \n \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders to ensure successful adoption of Epic solutions. \n \nParticipate in system design sessions and contribute to the development of innovative workflows and configurations. \n \nLeverage expertise in Dorothy, Kaleidoscope, ECLink, and Bones modules (if applicable) to support upgrades and specialized projects. \n \nConduct thorough testing, validation, and user acceptance processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. \n \nProactively identify risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to leadership. \n \n \n \nKEY SUCCESS FACTORS \n \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \n \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. \n \nCommitment to professional growth, including obtaining additional Epic certifications. \n \nDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines. \n \n \n \nBENEFITS \n \nOur competitive benefits package includes the following \n \nImmediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits \n \n401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% \n \nTuition Reimbursement
