Epic Clin Doc Lead and Builder Project Delivery Specialist

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, client service delivery. Our Epic Credentialed Trainer will be a primary member of the Epic support team. This role is a hybrid role. PDM Epic Clin Doc Lead and Builder Professionals will support/coach/advise our Client’s Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation while minimizing extensive travel. We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.
Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.
Qualifications Required
Current Epic Clin Doc CertificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience6+ years of recent experience with an implementationExperience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and supportDemonstrative understanding of technical documentationEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf Motivated, highly-organized and detail oriented skills are requiredSuperior communication and customer service abilitiesTeam player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environmentMust be able to operate independently or with minimum supervisionMinimum of 3 essential requirementsPreferred Qualifications
Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
