Job Description:
As a Remote Epic Clindoc or Stork Application Analyst you need to know how to:Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Coordinate and link the application within an organization to increase compatibility for information sharing.Review and analyze the system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors. Escalate problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate projects, schedule and facilitate meetings as necessary to complete assignments.We hire people, not resumes. High School Diploma or equivalent, requiredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, technology or related field, requiredCurrent Epic certification for the area in which you support or the ability to obtain within nine (9) months of hire, required (obtaining additional proficiency or certification related to assigned modules may be required based on department’s operational need and at manager discretion)Previous work experience as a high level/super user, preferredEpic certification with 2+ years of build experience highly preferredPhysical Requirements:
