Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders.  This position has responsibility within all phases of patient access application support and optimization including design, build, test, and maintenance of the application This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care Troubleshoot problems and address questions from users and provide on-call support on a rotating basis. Make recommendations, review and test changes, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience working on Epic Contracts Reimbursements Hospital Billing/Professional BillingCertified in Epic Hospital Billing Administration/Professional Billing Administration and Epic Contracts Reimbursement ModulesExperience in performing configuration changes and system builds in EHRAbility to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirementsPerform Problem Management activities such as Root cause analysis of IncidentsExcellent documentation skills such as Application Understanding, Change Management etc.Good interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains and apply technical solutioning and learning to use cases across business domains and industriesBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Knowledge and Experience working with Microsoft Office ToolsWork Experience/Direct Knowledge of Business area to be supportedAbility to follow engagement specific project delivery processesUnderstanding of Application interfacing with other modules/applications for better troubleshooting of issuesAnalytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations
