Position Summary
The Epic Credentialed Trainer delivers organization-wide education through a variety of modalities. Delivers education through effective processes to ensure comprehension of curriculum is occurring. Uses up to date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered, and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content. Designs/revises training materials and creates activities to support the curriculum. Determines audience needs and adapts program delivery accordingly. Assists principal educators in support of curriculum development including: the development of training materials such as tip sheets, user guides, e-Learning modules and other job aides. Independently prepares for classroom training, including the preparation and maintenance of the Epic system training environment, and of classroom materials.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; 4 additional years specific healthcare, education or business experience may be substituted for degree Minimum three (3) years of experience in teaching, as a clinician (e.g. MA, CNA, RN, PT, etc.) or in information technology (e.g. end user, super user, analyst, etc.) Experience with electronic medical records Experience in creating, designing and writing training curriculum preferred Experience with Epic Hyperspace or other EMR preferred Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualificationsOur Values

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,970.00 - $102,128.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
