Kforce has a client that is seeking a Epic Operational Readiness Specialist in Charlestown, MA. Summary: We are looking for an Epic Operational Readiness Specialist/Project Manager that has worked on Epic Implementations and can help a health system with multiple projects and work streams as they work towards their 11/30/24 go-live date. Candidates will be expected to go onsite to Charlestown, MA once a month and then for the duration of go-live in late November. Responsibilities include: * Coordinate regular meetings and deliver detailed project updates * Prepare and maintain documentation, including (but not limited to) end-user communications, user guides and status tracking * Take detailed notes and conduct tactful reminders/follow-ups * Independently manage work with clearly defined project milestones * Identify and escalate any issues/problems/delays that may adversely impact the project timelines
