Requires Travel up to (80% of time) to All THR Entities
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support required.

Here’s What You Need
· Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred)
· 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required) Or,
· 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate’s degree (Required) Or,
· 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Required)
· Epic OpTime Certification or Proficiency (Highly Preferred)
· Epic Principal Trainer Environment Build Certification or Proficiency (Preferred)
What You Will Do
· Develop and maintain application training environments including developing training scenarios, functionality design, building test patient and user profiles, validating test user security
· Design and develop training curriculum for upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Determine appropriate methodologies used for training deployment
· Provides coordination for training and user support for go-lives and upgrades
· Supports credentialing and mentoring new end user trainers
