EPIC Support Analyst - Grand Central
CTG is looking for a dedicated and certified Epic Analyst with expertise in Grand Central with RTE and Helloword experience to join our team. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of the Epic Grand Central module. This role involves analyzing workflows, configuring solutions, training users, and troubleshooting technical issues to support patient flow and registration processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze clinical and business workflows to identify and recommend technology solutions that meet organizational needs. Configure and maintain the Epic Grand Central module to ensure optimal system performance. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the Epic system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epic Grand Central. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and vendors, to implement system upgrades and enhancements. Conduct system testing, including pre- and post-upgrade evaluations, to ensure new releases are functional and effective. Participate in full lifecycle system implementations, including planning, documentation, monitoring, and training. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability and performance. Provide 24/7 secondary support as part of a team rotation to resolve end-user issues and inquiries. Continuously learn new system functionalities and technologies to enhance workflows and troubleshooting capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Epic Grand Central Certification is required. 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic systems, including workflow configuration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact across teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage projects, conduct testing, and lead system implementations. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
