Description Epic Systems Analyst Associate - Phoenix Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria Department: UCHlth EPIC Ambulatory FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $28.26 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: As an Epic Systems Analyst, you will design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions to meet operational, technical, and clinical needs for our Phoenix transplant teams, focusing on specialized clinical workflows. This position also includes significant reporting and analytics work, so experience is required. You will work closely with our Operational leaders to document requirements and communicate effectively with customers and peers to implement changes. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of small projects, as well as ongoing maintenance. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, build, and testing of clinical applications and associated solutions. This is a work-from-home opportunity. Travel among all UCHealth sites will be required. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and document requirements. + Design and configure the Epic Phoenix module to meet the needs of the clinical departments and healthcare organization. + Design and configure complex reports to support the clinical and operational stakeholders. + Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets quality and performance standards before go-live. + Analyze current clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. + Provide recommendations for workflow optimization and system enhancements. + Develop training materials and conduct workflow walkthrough sessions for end-users. + Provide ongoing support to users during and after the implementation phase. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures. + Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders. + Familiarity with transplant center operations. + Understanding of federal UNOS and CMS policies for solid organ transplant. + Strong understanding of integration points within transplant. For example, scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient, and OR workflows. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Experience with project management and delivering projects on time and within scope. Assists with the development and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Requirements: High School diploma or GED. 6 months of relevant experience. This position's pay range is: $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Systems AnalystPerforms analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Requirements: High School diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience. This position's pay range is: $34.62 - $51.93 / hour. Systems Analyst SrPerforms advanced analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). Assists with the visioning, planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides advanced analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides advanced training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends, designs, and builds steps to prevent recurrences. Requirements: High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience. This position's pay range is: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Preferred: + Bachelor's degree + Epic Accreditation/Certification in Phoenix + 2-3 years of experience working with Epic systems and reporting/analytics tools We improve lives.
